    Could be better

    It's not fleece lined, it's just a piece of fleece fabric cut into a vest. Because it has no shell, it doesn't hold heat very well. The collar has a tendency to want to stand at attention all the time and refuses to lay down and look good. Its ok for a slight warmup, but not for cold temps or to look stylish.
