Does not work as promised.

Turns on , lights up, followed directions on Two separate orders of this product, but it doesnt work properly. The beeping doesn't turn off when used as directed. Doesn't locate metal at all. Very disappointed child. Called Chat. There is no manufacturer contact info at all. Could Not even Google them.
