NineChef Brand Spoon Plus Hikari Organic Miso Paste White 17.6 oz (1 tube), 500g Product of Japan

This is my first time using this product being it was recommended from a YouTube chef, although I thought it was initially a bit expensive it actually takes very little to make quite a difference in the recipe, usually added at the end of a hot pot as not to kill the nutrient value with heat. I am looking forward to trying this versatile product out in a variety of ways in future recipes. although it is salty it is packed with nutrition so adjust accordingly. I think one of my favorite things about it is it can go right into the freezer which extends its shelf life considerably but it doesn't freeze solid making it quite scoopable! P.S. the little spoon that comes with it is a nice touch!
