Great way to soften the brightness in any room.

I always read the reviews prior to buying anything online. The most frequent complaint was that you could see the blinds through the material, and the duck cloth was not actually duck cloth. I purchased the curtains anyway. I just wanted to dull the brightness of the sun for a midday rest. I couldn't be happier. The curtains (burgandy in color) are exactly what I wanted, fit the window, right length, and the color perfect for the decor of the bedroom. The room is now an ambiance of color which makes it easy to rest and/or sleep. I'm perfectly satisfied with the curtains.

quack quack: good curtains

I was confused because Mainstays uses the description "poly duck" in one place and "sailcloth" elsewhere. Fear not, they're the same thing. I have had sheers up in the windows where I now have these curtains, so I'm still getting used to the opaque nature of these curtains. But I like them and they took a press job well. What's not to like?
