Mainstays flat sheet

I have a king size bed and tried the mainstays brand sheet and they fit. Something when you get sheets they don't always fit the bed , but these do. The material feels soft to the touch. The material was not wrinkling , the sheets are comfortable to lay on . The sheets are lightweight but not thin so they hold up . When I washed the sheets the black color did not fade. Sometimes the material will bleed but not these, they came out of the wash feeling soft like when they was bought new. I think it's a good buy for the price. Some sheets slide off the bed but these didn't. It stayed in place . I also have the fitted sheet and it stays in place and didn't move as you sleep. It's not an expensive sheet but feels like it is. The stitches are well put together, it's long enough to cover the entire bed . I also have the pillows case as well

Designed for a queen size bed but works on a futon

The fitted sheet comes in a cloth pouch held shut by velcro. It fits tight and will never go back in. The obvious purpose is to protect and keep it clean til purchased. The color is described as Rich Black. I think that translates to pure black. I 'had' three beds, a king, a queen and a twin size. When I went to put it on, I realized that I didn't have a queen size anymore. Fortunately, the futon on my porch is equivalent to a queen size bed. During hot weather, the house didn't cool down at night, so I threw a couple sheets and a pillow on the futon and slept there. I was pleased to see that it's 60% cotton and 40% polyester. Permanent press is easy to launder and can be dried easily in a dryer. The fitted sheet is designed to fit a mattress 60" x 80" x 14" deep. It fit perfectly on both sides and the four corners of the futon. As a bed, the arms of the futon are attached at the head and the foot, so it involved a little tucking in that wouldn't be necessary with a mattress. It worked though. The label on the package says: Moisture wicking, Quick dry and Wrinkle resistant. The cotton is responsible for the Moisture wicking, the polyester for the Wrinkle resistant and a combination of the two materials for the Quick dry. The fitted sheet is 300 thread count, which refers to the number of vertical and horizontal threads in a square inch. 300 thread count is considered good quality bedding, which is what is used in higher-end hotels. The photo appears kind of grey due to the available light. It is in fact black as coal.

Good fit

I like the way this sheet fits so perfectly on my bed.My mattress is high rise so I was pretty skeptical about its fitting. But once I stretch it and put it on my mattress it stays in place. Color is just as in the picture. I really like the feel of this fitted sheet since it is right amount of soft. I have washed out already and it stays true to its form and shape without worrying about its shrinkage.
