Felt like a cheat code!
I was strength training using gnc's amp strength vitapak hitting a new PR every workout for 2 months straight granted I stacked it with gnc's amp wheybolic strength protein, but still feel like these helped tremendously to get over the hump daily to prevent myself from plateauing. I hit every muscle group til failure twice a week performing supersets one of the days for a more intense session & iso workouts on the other for extreme focus targeting mind to muscle connection & that resulting to me being able to lift at least 5-10lbs more than my previous PR I hit earlier in the week as well as going up 2-4 more reps of my previous PR. It truly felt like a cheat code in all honesty. Great product overall

Great Product
Purchased this item to help build my immune system. It has only been a week however; I already feel a drastic difference with my energy, and alertness. I am a 57 year old male and do not work out.
