Love Chromebook

The setup on the HP Chromebook was so easy. I had no idea how different this would be from a regular laptop. You do have to have a Google account, but other than that I see nothing that would slow someone down. Chromebook has a program for creating documents that is very similar to Word and was easy to use. The keyboard is good and the touch screen is nice, like using a smartphone. I did get a screen protector and even a skin for the keyboard for added protection. I'm looking forward to using this at work.

SMALL, BUT MIGHTY!

I've had the Chromebook for about 2 weeks and I'm impressed. With Thanksgiving and houseguests, I haven't had the chance until now to really sit down and focus on it. The HP Chromebook looks good, has a great feel, and is very responsive. It starts up immediately when you open the lid and packs a mighty punch. It has touchscreen/touch pad capabilities.. or you can add a mouse.. to navigate your way through the websites you want to visit. There are so many features to look into and all very exciting to explore! There are a number of free apps and you can sync your devices to allow you to take your mini Chromebook out and about when you travel and still have access to everything you need to keep in touch either for business or play. I'm enjoying my HP11 and every time I open it up, there's more to find. It took me 5 minutes to link it to my printer and I now have a great alternative to working on my old computer. Yes, there are differences, but it's easy to make the transition from laptop to Chromebook and back again. It's well worth the effort and once the "learning" is done, you can have fun and make your own discoveries!!

Impressive laptop

Initially, I was going to get this computer to review which was great timing because I needed it. However, that did not work out. A friend raved about it so I decided to borrow it for a month to give it an honest review and I was impressed. It is gorgeous, it has a beautiful large 11'6” screen, and displays sharp crisp images. Lightweight and thin, easy to carry around. I live in NY so I travel a lot to and from jobs and it has really been useful. Tablets do not meet my needs. I need the laptop and all the data it contains and capabilities. This computer met all of my personal and business needs. Easy to use, quick, modern, has all the latest programs and technology. I love and highly recommend the touchscreen it has enabled me to do things in an efficient, faster and smarter way. This processor is amazing. Just by borrowing it for the review I have decided to purchase my own. 4GM and 16GB is plenty of memory and quick speed more than I need but good to know it offers the capability if I need it. I definitely recommend this HP Chromebook laptop.
