Have been using this product for some time now and it really does thicken fine hair. I use about 1/4 of a teaspoon and rub it into the palm of my hand and apply all over roots to ends of hair no matter what the length. I then comb through well - blow dry and style !!! Great Body and thickened hair.

I am older, had cancer and thinning hair. This has just enough thickness to it, to help pull my hair together. I do blow dry my hair, but in the morning, I put a little on my fingers, and put it where it is thinner. Then use my pick to get it just on my roots. It does work well.
