100% RDV Is the Best Choice
I like the fact that these vitamins contain 100% of the RDV and no more than that. Therefore, they are perfectly balanced. Most other B-Complex vitamins offer way more than the RDV on at least some of the Bs. I have read of some side effects with such large amounts, even though our bodies supposedly excrete what we don't need of the water soluble vitamin Bs. I don't think it's good for your body to take too much of most vitamins, so I appreciate the 100% RDV formula.
