Mixed results, hard to swallow sometimes
First time I purchased this, both my wife and I could tell the difference. And more to the point, we both lost weight without changing exercise or dining pattern. However, 2nd purchase was not as successful. Really cannot tell any difference. Also with the second bottle, the texture of the pill is uncomfortable and tends to create enough friction when swallowing as to make it harder to get down. Often takes two or three good swallows of water to wash it down. Don't recall anything similar with the first purchase. The first purchase would have been a 5 star, after that 1 star. So averaging it out to 3 star. Probably will not reorder
