I never received a refund

The starter gear horn faced the opposite of the original part. I returned the item to the High Ridge, MO Walmart with the crank position sensor part. Mary, customer service counter rep. was able print the crank sensor part receipt, but not the starter receipt. I received the crank position sensor refund, but I never received the starter refund for the protection plan cost. The date of return - 12/11/205
