Material is non toxic and the metal is sturdy. I'll only purchase American Bakeware from now on. Great price at Walmart. Easy cleaning just using dish soap and water.

No need to flour or spray this pan! No need for silicone pads! I use these pans for homemade sourdough and 2 of these 1 pound pans PERFECTLY makes a recipe of sourdough! To portion food easily, I prefer these smaller loaves. I didn't prep the pan at all, and the bread just fell out. Perfect! Love these!
