Horrible product, horrible company

Bought two of these pieces of garbage when it was featured on the Today Show. Both never worked from the beginning. Never held a charge, failure in shaving. The worst part is the company required us to mail it back and pay for warranty service. No phone number, only a slow responding email address. Horrible company. Deserves to be sued. Stay clear of this product.
