We didn't open the box until the installer was here, and they said they don't do replacements or refunds past five days, which is super disappointing for heavy things that require professional installation where you'd be having pros do it. Amazon and Wayfair have been waaaaaay better in dealing with anything like this (I've spent tens of thousands with those others and only had one or two issues over the years, and both have been easy to work with). Not Walmart and AAA Distributors. So if you get it, be careful and check it immediately when it's delivered (despite how our delivery guy didn't hang around -- dropped it off and left), or you might get a dud like us.
