Thaw Monsoon Kitchens (MK) Coconut Curry Sauce in the refrigerator (do not thaw in hot water bath to prevent coconut milk from breaking down).
Use recipe on the label to make various kinds of coconut curries or empty product into container and heat to internal temperature of 165° F.
