I have always had problems with constipation since teen years, not relieving at times for 10 or more days and then erupting with double over very severe cramping and wretching. I've tried, over the years. various over counter products but they took to long to work and caused hard cramping. watching my budget and reading reviews on this equate product i tried it and unbelievable how easy it worked and fast, i only to 2 tablets for only two days and a breakthrough with hardly any discomfort or nausea, very soft stool. this is a real winner for me and hopefully no more bouts of long term constipation and pain. you all gotta try this it's like a true blessing!!
