I am really on a cheese and cracker cake. I usually get the pepper jack sliced cheeses, but for some reason they've been out of it for weeks so I got the block. It taste just as good but it's a little more work, but you can make those slices as thick as you want to. I would recommend this as a backup. Or a cheese and cracker tray.

I've bought this brand for a long time and find it very good either melted cheese toast in my air-fryer (fix toast and add thin sliced cheese the last minute or so to melt) Or, tastes great with an apple. 🍎 Also, I love it plain! Good price, too.
