Fantastic multi use training shoe

I purchased these shoes to use in both a Body Pump class which is centered on weight lifting and the need for stability and grip and in Zumba classes which needs flexibility and the ability to pivot easily so I don't blow out my knee. I didn't know if such a shoe existed but it does! These work perfectly and are so light and comfortable while providing great support.

These sneakers not only look great, fit well but seem to make me walk correctly( heal to toe). I have drop foot and because I can remove the insole, my brace fits well. The sole provides enough cushioning without being too thick. They are supportive, wore all day right out of the box. I bought black in 8 1/2 wide.

This is my favorite running shoe. I typically purchase these from Zappos, but they didn't have my style. Lots of support, also roomy in the toe. I wear a 6.5 medium but in these I order a 7 wide because I wear Thorlo socks which are a good half-inch thick for extra cushioning. These shoes, as always, were comfortable right out of the box.
