I LOVE this probiotic. I've been taking it everyday for weeks and am completely addicted to the anti-bloating and regularity-promoting effects! I've also noticed improvements in my skin, with no other changes to my diet. The only other supplements I am taking everyday are Cardiotabs Curcumin and Bone Essentials and will definitely continue taking them!

Right now weight loss and gut health are very important to me. At almost 50 years of age, I'm taking a very active step in making sure these areas are in order. The Cardiotabs Advanced Formula Probiotic, 13 Strains Including DDS-1, 50 billion CFU work really well. After only a few days of use I can already feel a real difference in my energy levels. They definitely activate an increase in bowel movements so be prepared for that aspect. These probiotics promote weight loss, immune health, and digestive health.

Cardiotabs Advanced Probiotic
This is a 30-day supply with 13 strains included. Take one a day with food or before eating. Easy to swallow. The good bacteria in the capsules will help to maintain a healthy balance in your body. I take mine with food and have no issues, but you can also take before eating. Looking forward to the results as I incorporate the Cardiotabs Avanced Probiotic in my daily diet. Great brand.
