You will definitely be able to feel the difference. It took less than 72 but more than 30 hrs or for me to feel the energy. It works great, If you don't feel the difference after 3days than you probably didn't need it in the first place or you may require something stronger to lift your testosterone and sexual energy or even maybe a combination with something else.
