have to wash and fluff it before use
I was not quite sure on this one when opening the package. The stripes on the crown are so obvious. After a day or so I decided to take a chance and work with it. Once I followed the recommended steps of washing, drying, etc, this topper became a new piece! It is soft and easy to style and works well with my hair color. Will need to trim to match my length. Only reason for the 4 stars is that I did expect just a little more density on the back side for the price (as that is where I am most thin with my bio hair).
