I really thought this hat was cute in the pictures advertised. my only negative is that the hat was shipped in a flat mailing envelope; meaning I had to unfold it, reshape it then use my handheld steamer to remove the creases. perhaps it would be worth an extra dollar or so to ship the hat in a box or add "stuffing" to the hat to protect from creases. I had decided if the creases didn't come out I would return the hat. Thankfully it only took a little work on my part to bring this very inexpensive and very attractive hat back to life.

This elegant hat is made in a lovely linen; size is good for a one-size-fits-all item, but shipper takes absolutely no care when shipping — stiffened and shaped lady's hat was placed in a plastic bag with no protection. Naturally, it arrived crushed. Finally wearable after several days' steaming and shaping. Could've been avoided with simple addition of a 5”-6” cardboard band around crown.
