the amount of how many you get from s/m to large decreases significantly, but this product does cover anything potty wise. therefore, you pay a lot more for less product. unfortunately, my child has a permanent brain injury from birth is disabled and will need these kinds of products for the rest of his life! just wish the company wouldn't take advantage by shorting the amounts in larger sizes from the smaller sizes. typical normal kids do decrease with potty training, but my child isn't the typical normal...and I'm sure many children who are do tend to need those pairs that are taken away from the smaller size
