Instructions
Add 8-10 drops of Nature's Truth base oils to warm bath water for a soothing at-home spa experience, or use a desired amount on the skin and hair to promote luxurious moisture from head to toe. Combine 10 mL (about 2 teaspoons) of carrier oil with 5 drops of any Nature's Truth essential oil to create a unique massage oil. Apply a small amount directly to areas of concern and work gently into the skin until completely absorbed. May be reapplied as needed. Use in creating soaps, balms, lotions, or any other bath and body products.
