excellent and great value but only for small items

i had to get 2 because the first one broke the first day. The 2nd machine works well with heat and vibration. there are other models for twice the price and same machine. i heat a cup of water in the microwave and pour it in the machine and use jewelry cleaner. it's speeds up the process. it will usually clean a piece of jewelry in 2 - 5 minute cycles. but machine timer is only 5 minutes. it's cheap and it works.
