Not as polished as it should be

I had ordered from another vendor an initial like this. Granted it was 10k but was larger and finished better. For 3 stars is because it is pretty but, finish is not as smooth. Back of pendant is not polished at all. It looks as if the back was just as it came out of the mold. Either a polish or texture to the back of item would have been nice as I compared this product with the other one for less money. No bail but, you can see that. For this price, it should have a bail and be polished or finished in the back. Is stamped 14k and with jeweler mark so you know someone had to see the back of item before packing. If the manufacturer had added a proper bail, finished the back and smoothed edges it would be 5 stars.
