Way too small, could not even get them on.

I double checked the order to make sure I had ordered things correctly and didn't misread things and I got things correctly. Unfortunately, even though the package says it's for XL and that XL is a Women's size 16, the shorts that I got were definitely not a size XL, as I could not even get them over my legs to pull up to wear them. Also, they seemed to be quite thin, so that even if I had been able to wear them, I would've had to wear a long shirt to cover up the seemingly see through parts, but again I did not even get to try that, because I literally could not get the shorts to pull up because they were way too small. I almost wonder if they accidentally put in a child's pair of shorts perhaps?
