This Modern Mills protein salad mix is my absolute favorite. It adds So much to your salad and to think something this delicious is so healthy and filled with so much protein! I use this in my salad every day and I also add Chicken for extra protein, but you can use it in a variety of ways.

I absolutely love these. I put them on my salad every single night sometimes I eat them just as a snack by themselves they're full of crunch and a little bit of sweetness with the cranberries. Sometimes I Add in almonds and extra cashews for additional crunch.
