My son who is on the spectrum had trouble sleeping through the night for a number of years. We tried a smaller dose from a different brand but the effects didn't last. The doctor recommended a higher dose now that he's older. We want to use the most natural product so I chose this brand. The flavor is good and not too sugary. For about a week now I see very good results. My son is actually sleeping through the night! This is a big deal for someone who woke up every 2-3 hours a night. Thank you ! I will stack up on these.

These actually taste really good.I'm a big fan of melatonin, having to deal with being a night owl, insomnia and a CPAP, these products not only improve my quality of life but I have read lots of good things about melatonin in general. If you don't have the sleep issues I have you might not need the extra-strength but keep it on hand for long car trips or a flight. I tried to order more of these the other day for a delivery grocery order but it wasn't listed online.. Hope WM keeps these in stock, being a connoisseur of melatonin products I switch off sometimes from gummies to fast-dissolve, I especially like when they have a yummy flavor like blackberry. When they have a good sale on these, I'm stocking up.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Received this full size product for free to sample and give an honest, unbiased review of this product. Loved the berry flavor of this vitamin. I must say I am not a fan of hard vitamins. Some are difficult to swallow. These made it realy easy. Deliciously flavored chews. The product seems to relax me enough... allowing me to get a good nights rest sleep. I also awakened refreshed and not groggy.
