Fitment: for Infiniti JX35 Base, Premium 6 Cyl 3.5L 2013 VQ35DE, for Infiniti QX60 Base, Premium 4 Cyl 2.5L, 6 Cyl 3.5L 2014-2017 QR25DER, VQ35DE. Feature: This power lift struts shock use anti corrosion sleeve with Carbon Steel mounting bracket to prevent rust or deform. Pre-wired harness to prevent inside wires from rust or break. Built-in electric motor will driving and guide the electric strut to extend or contract. This is a non-OEM product, accessory only! Installation: 1. Keep the tailgate door open on max height and remove inner trim panel; 2. Unplug the plug, use tools to loose the old spherical joint and insert new one; 3. Plug the liftgate plug and recover the inner trim panel; 4. Use diagnostic scanner to clear error code, just use scanner to clear if show negative/occasional; replace the lift struts if show permanent. Please confirm the L/R mark on struts before install it on your tailgate. Use below method to active tailgate remote function: 1. Push the trunk close button; or 2. Close the tailgate by hand slowly and push the trunk open button; or 3. Use diagnostic instrument to reset control module and push trunk close button.
