3 Party Seller - Stay Away

Terrible - terrible - terrible. Pump failed within 3 months. The pump is sold online by a third party (Pondliner.com) through Walmart on Walmart.com. When the pump failed after 3 months walmart customer service told me there was nothing they could do since the time to return an item had past. Told me to call the Pondliner.com maybe they could do something. Call Pondliner and got a promise to send a replacement but that never happened - out $700. Lessons learned: 1) If the product is not coming directly from Walmart - do not buy it (Amazon is much better at resolving 3rd party seller issues) 2) If the product is coming from Pondliner.com - do not buy - they make promises that they do not keep 3) If the pump is a Little Giant - do not buy it - this was my third pump in 5 years. Hope this helps you make a decision on what pump to buy
