Why rechargeable, why Lith-Ion?

Using these 9v batteries makes me feel good about myself. I HATE throwing used up batteries of any type (AA, AAA, C, D, etc) into our landfills. That's why I've used rechargeables whenever practical or possible. I'll continue to use disposables in my Smoke\CO2 alarms, as they should be replaced yearly, otherwise it'll be these reasonably priced Lithium Ion's. BTW, you'll need a way to recharge. If you don't need to charge more than one battery at a time, I'd suggest the $5.99\free shipping EBL that'll charge these 9v 600mah Lith-Ion, as well as AA, AAA, 18650 and more. Along with Lithium It also charges NiMh and NiCad. Sorry, only one battery at a time at this price.

These batteries last a long time. I originally had a different set 9v for years but saw these and decided to try out. They definitely hold a charge. This is my second purchase because one of the battery's went defective. So I decided to buy a another set. Hopefully it was just a bad single battery. So far, the others are doing great.
