This mat is 6 millimeters thicker than other hanging mats, providing more support for your joints. This dense, high-quality foam mats is light yet resilient. The mat is made from closed-cell foam which provides optimum cushion and support. They are perfect for any floor exercise including core training, low-impact exercise and stretching. Reinforced plastic grommets won't harm floors, rust and won't deform or bend when stepped on. When not in use this mat can easily hang on a rack to allow for quick and easy storage. This mat maintains its shape and stay flat on the floor whether you hang, roll or stack it after use. The lightweight mat is easily cleaned with a damp cloth. Available in two lengths. This mat is exactly what I wanted.
I bought a 71" SPRI fitness mat because by the time I get to the gym, they're all taken and I wanted one of my own. I love this mat because it's nice and thick and the surface doesn't get slippery or sticky when you sweat on it. Plus, as I'm 5'3", I can do any kind of floor position and all my bony parts will be well-padded.
