I was looking for an inositol product after seeing great things online about it for people with PCOS. I saw this bottle and thought i'd try it out, especially since it has ashwagandha which I've heard is also supposed to be pretty good. This works for me! I can tell a difference in my cycle within the first bottle (less pain, more regular periods). Using it consistently after every meal or at least every other meal has really made a difference. I've seen the reviews saying that this product has given them headaches, I personally have not had this problem. On the bottle it says the serving size is 4 capsules (4 capsules for the entire day, throughout the day, and NOT to be exceeded). I would recommend only two a day to see how you react to it if it is your first time trying this specific product, and then adjusting it to what feels right to YOU as long as you do not take more than 4 a day. I have never done the full 4 serving size and have still seen wonderful results. The taste isn't horrible but it isn't great either, which you will find with most capsules. I've convinced myself it kinda almost tastes like tea when I take it with water so it's not too bad haha. Also, it's not too horribly big so i've never struggled to swallow one (as someone who is used to taking different sized pills). I DO recommend this product. I've been telling my friends and family about it. A tad pricey but it MORE than makes up for it with the results i have been seeing and the amount of capsules you receive. I'll be back for more!! 🫶
