How to use this knife sharpener?
- If your knife is a little blunt(difficult to cut pork belly), using fine slot to sharpen knife 6-7 times.
- If your knife is blunt(difficult to cut lean pork), using medium slot to sharpen knife 6-7 times first and then fine slot for 6-7 times.
- If your knife is very blunt(difficult to cut vegetables), you must sharpen your knife 10-12 times with coarse slot first, then using medium slot and ceramic fine slot to sharpen your knife.
NOTE:
- The sharpener is not able to work with serrated, ceramic blades and scissors.
- Do not push and pull the knife back and forth, use one direction only.
