Inexpensive gift that gives tons of laughs and smi

My 7 year old got this for his birthday. He absolutely loves it. The only problem it doesn't hold charge long. Haven't timed it but guess is it holds charge around 5 minutes. Only takes 30 minutes to recharge. He still has had a ton of fun with it.
