DEFY Extreme Wood Stain and Sealer in One - 1 Gallon Semi-Transparent Waterproof Coating for All Wood Types - Light Walnut

The stain is awesome! Longer lasting (vibrant color) than oil based options, and much easier to clean. Defy is the leading brand of water based stain for a reason...it's the best. Shipping was another matter... bought from Wal-Mart and it arrived soon enough, but in terrible condition. Box had been smashed, and was dented on one corner badly. Box was soaked with stain too...Defy ships plastic jugs with the screw on tops loose, but taped in place to avoid unscrewing and being lost. A foil seal contains (along with the lid) the liquid inside the jug, and the damage shown by the box caused one of the foil seas to fail, spilling the stain inside the box and soaking the rest of the jugs along with the box. In short, NOBODY could have delivered that package without being aware of the damage to the product, yet there it was on my front porch looking like a scenario out of a comedy movie. No idea which carrier Wal-Mart used to ship, but a GIGANTIC FAIL on their part. Stain gets 5 stars Shipping gets the worst score allowable.
