I can't really put into words how much this book has blessed my life. The context forced me to take a look in the mirror, acknowledge my faults, and encourage me to want to make a change. For years I have put off doing the hard work until reading this book. The author gracefully told her testimony and shared tons of methods and tools on how to overcome obstacles in life. If you are at a place in life where you want to see change in your life, to feel differently about yourself then this is the book for you. What's make it even better is that it's an easy read. Seriously You will not regret purchasing this book!

This book is truly worth its weight in gold!

The author has done a phenomenal job of writing, “Excuse Me, While I Change My Clothes”. Mrs. Cloud wrote in such a way that will allow the reader to learn, reflect and conceptualize parts of the wardrobe in how they can relate to some of life's issues. Mrs. Cloud's creativity in writing provided clarity in many areas of my life. It is as if she knew and was writing about you. The willingness and courage to share some of her painful personal experiences in book form is quite commendable, to say the very least. I love how she carefully interwoven biblical scriptures and the relationship between the clothes that one wears, while simultaneously providing guidance on how to change and shift ones thoughts on God's promises. Furthermore, I highly recommend this book due to the simplicity and how the author has a way of writing that allows the reader to relate to real life experiences. It is so clear, distinct and honest that it will cause the reader to be confronted (Read Chapter 3 and you'll understand what I mean). This book is truly worth its weight in gold.
