Purchased this Ionchill wine cooler to make fermented foods like kimchi. Able to adjust temperature to 65 degrees which is ideal temp to make fermented foods. Regular mini refrigerator warmest setting is 40-45 degrees, which is too cold for fermentation.

cheaper doesn't always mean better.

i purchased this wine cooler for 3 reasons first being the price, second being the compact size and third being to chill my wine. however 2 months in and it does not chill my wine to my liking. that is the main issue for me. what's the point if i still have to put wine in the fridge.
