I have been in the AV/IT Integration space for over 30 years. I found this unit easy to setup and use on my Microsoft and Apple devices. The unit installs quickly with no additional drivers or software required, and is compatible with a variety of operating systems, which I tested. This dock does what I need. Plugged in my Windows 10 laptop, keyboard, mouse and network cable to the dock and it all works well, at least after you plug in the laptop in for the second time. The first time I plugged in my laptop it did not pick up on my USB devices. Unplugged my laptop and plugged it back in and it started asking me for access on the USB ports. After that, it works every time I plug in my laptop with no issues. It's nice and small with a rubber pad on the entire bottom so it won't move around on the desk. It also has mounting holes if you wanted to mount it somewhere out of the way. It has all the latest connections like thunderbolt 3, USB-C and display ports. It even has enough ports to charge a device like your smartphone. I haven't tried a second monitor yet but this dock has the ability to handle two displays if you have dual monitors. The quality of this product seems very good. Has some weight to it and is well put together. It even has a lock slot so you can lock it up if you are afraid of it getting stolen but it is small enough that you can put it in your laptop bag to take home every night from the office.
