This is perfect for a petite woman. Ends right above knee, with shoulder straps extended to maximum. I am 5'2”, size 6, rectangular body, flat butt no hips, 34D. An XXL fit perfect. The chest is at the maximum size allowed. The dress flows nicely down in a fitted A frame. If you have hips or a butt, it will be tight or not fit. I think a size 4 would also fit in an XXL. It looks and feels like a heavy jean material, but there is spandex to stretch and move. Getting in and out of car is easy in this.
