Camouflage Rain Boots

I am extremely upset that I never received the item. placed my order for a size 9 because I wear 8.5. Walmart sent a size 10. It's way too enormous for my foot. Waited 10 days and never received replacement of correct size. The whole experience was incredibly frustrating 😒. When I was through being patient, I called Walmart after calling fedex. Walmart rep Normee/Normay told me call fed ex. Fed ex for the second time told me they do not have package it is with the shipper still. I had to call walmart back for the third time before my refund was issued because the item is now sold out. Infuriating experienc, would give negative 5 stars if I could.
