I put this on my hips back legs and ankles at night when my legs are achy or restless. It calms them so I can rest. I also put it on my neck and shoulders for arthritis to ease stiffness and pain. I have been using several of MagniLife products for many years. I also recommended them to my clients. MagniLife offers great deals, and their products are worth every dime.
