The overmolded grip provides a nonslip surface that is permanently bonded to the handle and won't degrade or become sticky over time. The polypropylene handle is reinforced with calcium carbonate for dimensional stability, making it resistant to extreme temperatures, gases, fuels, oils, grease, cleaners, and solvents. We use a molding process that forms the handle around the blade, rather than forcing the blade into a premade handle; the result is a straighter blade that can’t twist out. The Phillips tips are truncated, allowing them to fully engage fasteners without bottoming out or slipping. The tips of the slotted drivers have a thick design that withstands high-torque driving and are machined to the same width as the shaft to fit into narrow recesses.
