Walmart is a joke I ordered this item on the 17 April stated when ordered 3 days delivery. Once ordered I advised that I was moving and that the order showed that it was delayed so I put in a cancellation request on the 18th. The order was not shipped. Called everyday from the 18th til the 24th on the 34th a supervisor advised me that she escalated this and assured me that it would be cancelled on the 26th called back because cancelled item was still not cancelled and was advised that the order was not shipped and that I was responsible to get it. Advised that I moved from that address. Was advised today 30 th that I was responsible for the item and that they will not refund the item I need to take it up with my financial institution. Totally not ok especially when I did what I was supposed to do.
