I was initially bummed that it came folded because I was worried about the creases not flattening out. But I followed the instructions and the rug completely flattened out within two weeks. The carpet itself is beautiful. the fibers are longer than I expected so it made me worry that it wouldn't be comfortable to walk on, but it turned out to be very soft and comfortable to walk on.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This was purchased for a child’s bedroom. It the color was as expected, and for the money it was nice and fluffy. I did purchase a rug pad separately for underneath to make it softer and also help with additional sound dampening.
