Without vitamin K2, calcium cant adequately be processed in our body to help maintain strong, healthy bones. Vitamin K2 activates certain proteins, including osteocalcin and Matrix GLA Protein (MGP), which play a role in binding calcium to the bone matrix. Without an adequate amount of vitamin K2, a significant amount of osteocalcin will remain inactive and unable to bind to calcium.

Good brand
I like this brand: Carlson. Their supplement are high quality and good for health. The size is small, easy to swallow. Dosage is good. I like it to have in the morning with vitamin D3, it improves it absorbtion and have a lot of benefits. The ingredient is a vitamin K2 good form what absorbs well.

Excellent Product, Notable Benefits
