Wrong Color Received - Twice
I would only purchase this chair if you do not care what color you receive. I ordered the cream fabric with rich black finish and received the cream and light honey chair twice. I tried to return it for the correct color again but was informed by Walmart that I no longer had that option and would have to settle for returning the chair and getting a refund. I have elected to keep the chair and will try to gel stain the wood parts black to match my office. The chair itself is a 5 star, very comfortable purchase. Walmart's service is a paltry 2 at best and that is being very generous.

Received the wrong color 3 times now. Why say a color is available and then deliver the wrong one? Their reason is because “the color you bought was out of stock”. Makes no sense. I talked to walmart customer service twice over the phone and they still haven't fixed the issue.
