Effortless and easy

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The screw tip really helps guide you and grip the wood and desired position much better. The bit attaches quite easily too. The holes come out very clean and smooth without leaving jagged wood shavings behind. Seems to be very sturdy too. Had no issues with it.

Clean holes

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really liked the screw tip for self starting it really grabs the wood and gives a nice start, makes a nice clean hole and works in tight spots but also having the 1/4 shank I can easily add an extension on it for a little extra length. It worked great for running security in wood door frames.

Great bit, Sharp and Strong!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I tested this bit with my 18v Milwaukee drill. The bit was sharp enough to make easy work of the 2x4 that I drilled though. I will say that if you intend to drill though more than 2 inches check out one of Southwire's longer bits. I drilled this one into a 4x6 but its started to bind up when it could no longer eject the wood, makes scene. Check out the picture.
