This phone looks almost new. There were light scratches on the top but you could barely see it. overall, good phone.

Phone was stuck in spanish, then I finally got it to Go back to english When, that happened the phone was stuck in talk back mode and there was nothing I could do I turned the phone off. I turned the phone on. I didn't know what else to do. i looked through the paperwork included, NOTHING.It just has some issues I'm going to return the phone as soon as they send me a label. im not going to bash the seller that solves nothing.
